I will not use them again. We had a smell coming out of our sink and thought it was the disposal. They replaced the entire disposal and then sent an invoice for nearly $500 and on the invoice it said we also cleared the drain line that was stopped up. Sooooo basically, we didn’t even need our disposal replaced!!! The sink was just stopped up 😤😤😤 I have never ever had a plumping company go in and do work without diagnosing the issue first. Most companies charge a service fee, come out and diagnose, then give you your options with costs to consider. Then, you approve it and get it done. Just like an auto shop. They didn’t do that.

I needed a repair in my gas line and was thrilled when an actual person answered the phone after leaving many messages with other offices. I did not get a quote or compare prices but was given transparent pricing ($175/hr for a 2 man team plus trip fee and materials) and was promptly assisted with my problem. It was not cheap, but if you get what you pay for then plumbing is something worth avoiding future problems caused by cheap work. These guys knew what they were doing and there was no standing around twiddling of thumbs that I saw. They were on time and when they left the problem was fixed and did not leave a mess. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do I would certainly use them again!

This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

The guys who worked on our house were capable and I have no complaints about their work. I also appreciate that Edwards & Mills got us into their schedule so quickly. So the four stars here are all coming from the folks who actually did the job. The bill was a shocker, though! $1,115 to run 15' of natural gas pipe is about 30% over a normal price that you would see from similar companies. So while the work was good, I didn't feel like the value was particularly strong.

Ray and Donovan expertly and professionally hooked up my natural gas line to my generator today. And TBH ..what a GREAT PRICE. Super polite and informed fellows.

I used Edwards and Mills and was impressed with their excellent service. When I called into their business they showed concern, taking the time to share necessary steps, for me to avoid electrical shock. They gave me a quote and even came in bad weather. My laundry appliances as well as my water heater were standing in water. My water heater had 'expired', ruptured, and had leaked water onto my downstairs. My carpet was soaked, risking damage to my furniture, etc., so this was an urgent call for me. It was my first time using this company and I was pleased with the fact that they were considerate and prompt. They were true to the price they quoted and were kind and personable. I will definitely use them again!

I can not tell you how wonderful the Edward's & Mills plumbers are! Beyond excellent customer service. I had an actively leaking toilet. Donnie with customer service was helpful and reassuring they would be able to come out to help me. The plumber showed up quickly. Diagnosis the problem and repaired it effectively. I felt their charges were fair and they provided me with an itemized bill. This is the way business should be done. Thank you. I have a new plumber for life!
