I will not use them again. We had a smell coming out of our sink and thought it was the disposal. They replaced the entire disposal and then sent an invoice for nearly $500 and on the invoice it said we also cleared the drain line that was stopped up. Sooooo basically, we didn’t even need our disposal replaced!!! The sink was just stopped up 😤😤😤 I have never ever had a plumping company go in and do work without diagnosing the issue first. Most companies charge a service fee, come out and diagnose, then give you your options with costs to consider. Then, you approve it and get it done. Just like an auto shop. They didn’t do that.

I needed a repair in my gas line and was thrilled when an actual person answered the phone after leaving many messages with other offices. I did not get a quote or compare prices but was given transparent pricing ($175/hr for a 2 man team plus trip fee and materials) and was promptly assisted with my problem. It was not cheap, but if you get what you pay for then plumbing is something worth avoiding future problems caused by cheap work. These guys knew what they were doing and there was no standing around twiddling of thumbs that I saw. They were on time and when they left the problem was fixed and did not leave a mess. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do I would certainly use them again!

This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.
